In a typical coaching relationship we meet three times per month by phone for approximately 50 to 60 minutes each time with free e-mail contact between sessions as indicated in the coaching agreement. In our initial intake session we’ll design the details of our coaching relationship based on your objectives and needs. After that, you’ll choose the action steps you want to take each week. I ask for a three month commitment (it takes a little time to get life-changing results!) After the three months any further sessions will be on a month by month schedule as needed. I’ll send you a contract that includes all of the details printed out.
