I have a combined total of more than 10 years in the customer service and insurance claims examiner fields, having offered measurable customer/client satisfaction while maintaining a professional demeanor among co-workers and supervisory heads • Have offered spiritual counsel and coaching since 1989 • Operating in the role of Chief Administrator for an Interstate Christian Fellowship Conference with participating ministries from New York, North Caro lina, South Carolina, and Florida • Have been called upon to deliver the word at numerous church services in New York and Florida • Trained facilitators for L.I.F.E. I came to know the Lord at the age of 13 and continued to learn the importance of Scripture study and memorization, prayer, and obedience to the call of God. I am blessed to have a Shepherds heart and a desire to aid hurting people. I am equipped with the demonstration of true leadership qualities, showing warmth, genuineness, and the ability to listen and empathize in addition to my being prepared to bring an anointed word by and through the power of the Holy Spirit. I am also called to assist people with their individual concerns and interests while helping them to discover their gifts, abilities and talents through working in a collaborative effort to structure stability and growth in their lives.
